Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stop loss insurance, health insurance administration, or an MGU or carrier environment.
• Strong understanding of stop loss contract provisions, underwriting terms, and policy structures.
• Experience working with brokers, TPAs, and carriers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post‑sale implementation of new and renewing stop loss groups through effective date.
• Create, generate, and issue stop loss policies, applications, amendments, and endorsements.
• Ensure policy documents accurately reflect quoted terms, deductibles, and coverage specifics.
• Track policy issuance timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure all documentation complies with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized audit‑ready files and documentation.
• Process mid‑year policy changes and administrative updates.
