Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and optimization of Stonebranch workflow automation solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, schedule, and monitor batch processes across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams for integration and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in job scheduling, automation, and operational efficiency.
