Coldspring in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a full-time production operator to run a range of stone fabrication machines and support meeting daily production demands. Weekend shifts are included with bonus pay and a path to additional incentives.

You will inspect stone, read tickets, set up saws and CNC mills, and help with epoxy bonding, polishing, and assembly. Forklift certification is provided and safety is a priority.

Formación

• Must obtain forklift certification (training and certification provided by Col dspring)
• General computer skills, mechanically inclined, and basic math skills
• Knowledge of software to program CNC, milling and turning machines (CAD/CAM)
• Ability to read work orders and production tickets, including drawings
• Ability to read a tape measure in imperial and metric

Responsabilidades

• Inspect stone for quality: dimensions, thickness, flatness, squareness
• Read production tickets to determine work
• Review steps to ensure ticket specs are met, using patterns and measuring tools
• Set up and operate saws, mills, polishers, and bonding processes
• Load/unload with cranes; secure stone to meet safety requirements
• Program and maintain CNC stone mills; set up project components by finishing techniques
