Cosentino is hiring a Machine Operator for our Raleigh, NC shop. You will set up, operate and maintain stone fabrication equipment, producing edges, radii and cutouts with careful attention to quality.

You will verify dimensions, meet daily productivity goals and document data while assisting in minor equipment repairs. We expect experience with marble/granite/quartz and forklift operation, plus basic math and maintenance knowledge. PPE is required and the area must stay organized.

Competenze

• Experience fabricating Marble, Granite and Quartz.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Basic math skills (measurement, addition/subtraction).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and preventive tasks.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines/equipment.
• Fabricate edges, sides, corner radii, angles and sink cutouts as required.
• Verify pieces against templates and track them in the system.
• Meet daily productivity goals and ensure quality of finished workpieces.
• Record data on forms when needed and assist in minor repairs.
• Wear PPE and keep work area clean and organized.
