Job summary

UPMC Central PA is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist with fellowship training in Endourology and Stone Disease to build and lead a regional stone program serving Central Pennsylvania. You will develop a high-volume referral service, work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, and perform procedures using advanced endourologic technologies.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
Fellowship training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery, or Stone Disease preferred.
Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
Expertise in advanced stone management, including ureteroscopy, PCNL, and complex stone reconstruction.
Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care and program development.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a regional referral program for complex stone disease.
Maintain high procedural volume with access to a large referral network.
Utilize dedicated operating room time and advanced endourologic equipment.
Collaborate with experienced urologists and advanced practice providers.
Participate in quality improvement, clinical research, and resident/student education.
Contribute to academic affiliations and teaching opportunities.
