UPMC Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist with a focus on Men's Health and Sexual Medicine to join our patient-centered urology team in Harrisburg, PA. This role offers opportunities to build a comprehensive Men’s Health practice within a premier integrated health system.

The ideal candidate will improve men’s quality of life through diagnosing and treating sexual function, hormonal health, fertility, and urinary wellness.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Fellowship training in Men’s Health, Sexual Medicine, Andrology, or reconstructive urology preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
• Expertise in men’s sexual health, prosthetic urology, and minimally invasive procedures preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a regional Men’s Health Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with endocrinology, oncology, pelvic floor PT, behavioral health, and primary care.
• Provide erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment, penile prosthesis, Peyronie’s management, infertility evaluation, vasectomy, and testosterone deficiency management.
• Participate in program development, community outreach, education, and clinical research.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with access to advanced diagnostic and procedural technologies.

Clinical Focus

The practice may include:

• Erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment
• Penile prosthesis implantation
• Peyronie's disease management and reconstructive surgery
• Male infertility evaluation and microsurgical procedures
• Vasectomy and vasectomy reversal
• Testosterone deficiency diagnosis and management
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) therapies
• Male urinary incontinence
• Genitourinary reconstruction
• General urology as part of a balanced practice
