Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading on-site industrial distributor seeking a warehouse/customer service professional to join our service center in Green Bay. You’ll lead stockroom and delivery personnel, ship/receive materials, and support data entry, counter and telephone sales as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse or customer service experience (leadership a plus).
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead/train stockroom and delivery personnel.
• Ship and/or receive materials and maintain stock areas.
• Use forklift, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, postage meters.
• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment.
• Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales/service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

You'll be part of team offering our customers world class service and support. You’ll use your strong customer service skills when interacting with customers. This position is on site at our service center.
