Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an on-site warehouse-focused team member at our service center in Green Bay. You will support customers with world-class service, lead stockroom activities, and coordinate deliveries and orders.

Requirements include 1+ year in warehouse or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are also required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse or customer service experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs., with regular walking and bending.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead/train stockroom/delivery driver personnel.
• Ship and/or receive materials; maintain stock areas and inventory.
• Operate forklift, weighing scales, postage meters; use simple hand and power tools.
• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment.
• Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales/service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
• Maintain clean driving record.

What you'll do:

You'll be part of team offering our customers world class service and support. You'll use your strong customer service skills when interacting with customers. This position is on site at our service center.
