Job summary

Electronic Technologies International, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Associate to support the SMT stockroom, main stockroom, and shipping/receiving functions. The role focuses on pulling, issuing, and returning material for shop orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while shifting priorities to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in stockroom, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with ERP systems is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Put away newly received material into assigned stockroom locations.
• Pull and issue material for shop orders to support production.
• Verify and return material from production to stockroom locations.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through inventory transactions and reconciliation activities.
• Organize and maintain stockroom locations for efficient material flow.
• Ensure all material is handled and stored according to FIFO guidelines.
• Maintain special handling and storage requirements for static-sensitive SMT components.
• Identify, report, and help reconcile inventory discrepancies, damaged material, or missing inventory.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed, including packaging shipments, preparing packing slips, and assisting with freight shipments.
• Process inventory transactions accurately within the ShopworX ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.
• Work with production, purchasing, and receiving teams to support material priorities and customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
