Job summary

Foot Locker in Georgia is seeking a motivated Stockroom Associate to support inventory control and the sales floor. You’ll help receive shipments, stock merchandise, and keep stockrooms organized to empower the sales team and ensure a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 6–9 months of retail experience preferred.
• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accurately check all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist in processing all inventory movements between the store and distribution centers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels and easy location of sizes and styles.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including labeling, steaming, and organizing display shoes.
• Support sales associates by ensuring products are readily available to maximize the shopping experience.
• Respond quickly and accurately to product requests from the sales floor.
• Assist the team to ensure the store runs smoothly during peak and non-peak hours.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures and protect customers and product.
• Work with teammates and leaders to crush store goals and participate in training and coaching.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
