Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Summary: With limited supervision, able to perform all Stockroom and Receiving Material Handler duties. Must be able to train in all Process 42 work instructions for stock room and receiving. Direct labor where needed to keep department current.

Position Duties include:

• Proficient in all Receiving/Material Handler requirements.
• Able to train in all Receiving/Material Handler requirements.
• Verify audits of all visual boards.
• Schedule daily workflow and adjust as necessary to keep department current.
• Verify weekly cycle counts are completed.
• Update and implement changes to the material delivery route and transit tracks, including driver training.
• Resolve inventory issues.
• Coordinate with Shipping Team Lead for picking FG2E.
• Serve as stock room liaison for new process implementations such as flow lines and supermarket locations.
• Recommend and implement new procedures to improve inventory control and workflow efficiency.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Develop and assign special projects.
• Maintain good communication with Supervisor regarding stockroom and employee issues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to Esterline’s ethics and business conduct policies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork attitude.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Experience with data entry and 10 key.
• Basic computer skills such as email and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills.

Education/Previous Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-5 years experience in manufacturing material handling.
