Job summary

Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock.

You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and prepare your area for daily success. This is a physical, fast-paced role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
