Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment.
• Support training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices and inventory procedures.
• Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product and brand standards.
