Job summary

POP MART in Honolulu, HI seeks a Stock Coordinator to keep products organized, replenished, and ready for collectors. You’ll receive shipments, maintain a clean stockroom, replenish the sales floor, and support inventory accuracy, working closely with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and a premium customer experience.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires at least 1 year in retail, plus a passion for toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory background preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys and pop culture valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to interpret business metrics to improve store performance.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing daily shipments.
• Process new merchandise, tagging, and placement on the sales floor quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Lead inventory replenishment to keep shelves full.
• Partner with store leadership on product placement and floor replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising by prepping displays.
• Assist in inventory counts, audits, and loss prevention.
• Serve as a role model for back-of-house operations.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote key product categories and exclusive collections through recommendations.
• Open and close procedures with compliant operations.
• Process POS transactions, returns, exchanges accurately.
• Support shipment processing and cycle counts.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures.
• Flexible to evenings/weekends/peak periods.
