Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of material services experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Must read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate lifting devices.
• Must maintain a valid SIDA badge and driver’s license.
• Willingness to work 8- or 10-hour shifts, 24/7.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipping and receiving with proper documentation.
• Manages stockroom activities and oversees shift operations.
• Oversees dispensing of parts and supplies to mechanics with proper records.
• Processes receiving documents by stock clerks and maintains records.
• Ensures security of inventory and stock areas.
• Investigates discrepancies between inventory and records.
• Performs periodic inventories and supports annual audit.
• Assigns duties to subordinates and reviews performance.
• Oversees maintenance of stockroom vehicles and forklifts.
• Establishes procedures for disposal of outdated consumables per policy.
• Stores articles by identifying information and prepares shipments as needed.
• Prepares and documents shipments via FedEx, Comat, or local couriers.
