Role Overview: The Stockroom Lead shares responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining stock areas, processing merchandise as 'floor ready,' maximizing sales through high customer service standards, store appearance, merchandise levels, and minimizing shortages.

Overall Responsibilities

1. Receiving / Shipping – Processing HUB, 3rd party deliveries, Special Orders
2. Maintain an organized stockroom/off-site area
3. Maximize sales by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor
4. Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy
5. Maintain appropriate sales floor inventory levels
6. Demonstrate effective communication skills
7. Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures
8. Manage time and prioritize tasks
