Job summary

RIXO is seeking a part-time Stockroom Assistant for our Prince Street Store in New York. You will help run the stockroom, prepare WS orders, and ensure smooth in-store operations to deliver a positive customer experience.

You'll organize deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the sales team during peak periods while upholding presentation standards across Retail and Wholesale.

Qualifications

• Previous stockroom experience is essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper receipt of new deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, scanning and storage).
• Support sales and operations during busy periods.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of wholesale (WS) orders, including packaging, tagging, and quality checks.
• Set up quarterly wholesale markets, ensuring stock is steamed, tagged, and hung as required.
• Maintain accurate stock inventory and presentation across Retail and Wholesale.
