Job summary

West Elm is seeking a detail-oriented stock associate in Annapolis to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and replenish the sales floor. You will organize stockrooms, scan goods, and support the sales team with replenishment while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of customer service or stockroom experience; lifting up to 75 pounds may be required during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Basic product knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Scan shipments and stock merchandise in stockroom or for distribution.
• Assist sales floor replenishment during peak periods.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and damages to supervision.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories; keep aisles clear.
• Operate POS system and handle merchandise safely and logs.
