Job summary

Kohl's is seeking associates in Myrtle Beach to provide outstanding customer service and support seamless store operations. You will handle freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment while maintaining brand standards and offering shoppers a helpful, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Respect product protection standards and policies.
• Support training for new hires on brand standards and inventory procedures.
