Job summary

ETEMCO is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support warehousing operations in Lancaster. The role involves counting and sorting inventory, verifying receipts against orders in M2M, and pulling materials for jobs and surface-mount work.

You will contribute to accurate stock levels and orderly containment of inventory in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cycle counts, ensuring a clean work area, and collaborating with the Stockroom Lead.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Detail-oriented with good dexterity

Job description

Ensures inventory is controlled appropriately from receiving, issuing to jobs and shipping.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Count and sort items without error
• Verify product received is what was ordered in M2M (EPR system)
• Identify disposition of received material
• Pull material from stock and issue to jobs
• Pull materials for surface‑mount jobs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; lifting occurs multiple times per shift; may require bending, reaching, and carrying
• Work in all weather conditions; occasional outdoor exposure (primarily in warehouse)
• Inventory maintenance and cycle counts
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned to achieve objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree from tech school preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend English written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Possesses attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent fine motor skills, dexterity, and vision – able to utilize microscope when required
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Good interpersonal skills
