Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Stockroom Clerk for its manufacturing site in California. The role involves receiving, stocking, and packaging in a bar-coded environment with emphasis on inventory control and meeting quality standards. You will work a 1st shift during training and then a 1:00pm–9:30pm shift with a $1 differential and potential overtime.

The position requires 3+ years in stockroom/shipping/receiving, ERP/MRP experience, and MS Office skills. A high school degree is preferred.

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle complex stocking tasks.
• ERP/MRP and MS Office proficiency required.

Job description

Stockroom Clerk, Manufacturing, Pay range $22.00 - $29.00 per hour (DOE) M-F 1:00pm - 9:30pm, plus $1.00 shift differential, Overtime Plus Quarterly Bonus.- 60 day training period on 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm.

Receipt and stocking of production orders, packaging and order preparation in a bar-coded environment. Typical work is physically demanding requiring lifting, ability to walk to and from within the facility. All other duties as required by area supervisor. Also responsible for inventory control in the stock room, cycle counts monthly plan execution. Individual will be part of the cross-functional team environment. Skills/Qualification: Organization, scheduling, deadline-oriented, time management, attention to detail, safety management, data entry skills, and dealing with complexity. Must ensure shipments meet quality standards.

High School degree (Preferred)

3+ stockroom/shipping/receiving experience is preferred

2+ ERP/MRP experience is required

2+ Microsoft Suite Skills required

Candidate must be able to training on the 1st shift for 60 day training period on 5:00am-1:30pm.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $45,760 to $66,352. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
