• Safely and efficiently assist with loading, unloading, and staging furniture items to and from client vehicles or storage areas while avoiding damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and vendors to coordinate moving schedules and address concerns.
• Negotiate with potential clients to encourage furniture consignments, demonstrating persuasive sales techniques.
• Advocate for safety by following proper lifting techniques, using safety PPE, and participating in Health and Safety Program.
• Improve store appearance by rearranging furniture, clearing aisles, cleaning, and maintaining rails and overall cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied throughout the moving process.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under stress to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
