Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations and distribution. You will maintain stock, perform SAP transactions with RF scans, and ensure accurate part identification while adhering to safety rules.

This role requires lifting up to 60 lbs regularly, standing/walking/operating a forklift for extended periods, and willingness to cross-train within the department to support the RISE strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or experience in material handling.
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Ability to work with others and communicate well.
• Willingness to cross-train and transfer within the department.
• Ability to operate SAP and Outlook as needed.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly; occasional up to 100 lbs.
• Stand/walk/drive forklift up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Uses handheld RF scan guns or SAP for transactions.
• Performs stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintains stock rotation and housekeeping.
• Ensures proper identification of parts.
• Works rotating shifts as needed.
• Participates in physical inventories.
• Follows all safety rules of the warehouse.
• Supports the company’s RISE Strategy as directed.
