Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Material Handler for its Ohio facility. The role involves maintaining stock in a safe, accessible manner and performing SAP transactions using RF scanning tools.

You will support stock replenishment, rotation, and housekeeping while following safety rules and participating in inventories. The position requires the ability to operate a forklift, stand or walk for long periods, and lift up to 60 pounds frequently (up to 100 pounds infrequently).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but previous background in material handling or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• A service-minded approach.
• Ability to utilize SAP systems and Outlook if required.
• Willingness to transfer within the department as necessary and cross-train as directed by manager.
• Capable of standing/walking/driving forklift up to 12 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Maximum weight lifted - infrequent basis 100 lbs.
• Maximum weight lifted - repetitive basis 60 lbs.
