Walmart is seeking a stocking associate for Walmart Supercenter #1283 in Starke, FL. You will unload trucks, stock freight, and maintain backroom efficiency while lifting items up to 50 pounds. Some sites may require forklift operation as part of the role.

This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and additional premiums depending on schedule, facility, or work performed. Benefits are available to eligible associates.

Minimum Wage Information

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

• $20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
