Whole Foods Market in San Francisco is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to support the Team Leader and oversee stocking, displays, and day-to-day department operations. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain a positive store image through courteous service to customers and team members.

The role requires 12+ months retail experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Resolves team concerns with leadership.
• Addresses customer and team member needs.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of shifts.
• Trains team members using provided checklists and materials.
• Maintains positive work environment and high morale.
• Completes inventory and safety-related worksheets as required.
• Monitors productivity with the stocking crew using relevant trackers.
• Opens/closes department per procedures.
• Upholds retail execution standards and team morale.
• Supports customer flows and directs team members to delight customers.
• Mentors and develops team members to sustain high performance.
