Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked with a wide range of groceries and to provide friendly customer service.

You will move products from pallets to shelves, maintain back-room cleanliness, and cooperate with leadership to complete tasks on schedule. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work overnight shifts to prep the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no formal education required.
• Able to learn and use basic technology and follow procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable team member who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back rooms.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
