Job summary

Price Rite Dorchester Fields Corner is seeking a part-time team member to price, stock, and rotate merchandise in the Grocery Department, maintaining a neat, clean, and visually appealing area while upholding safety and company policy.

The role requires reading and math skills, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility with days/evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand English.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; 25 lbs. regularly.
• Able to work with a variety of products and cleaning agents safely.
• Able to climb a ladder to access items.
• Meet all work schedules and attendance policies.
• Associates must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-los and similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays faced per policy.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Observe safety regulations and QA standards.
• Unload and secure received product; rotate and stock appropriately.
