Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to help ensure shelves are stocked with a variety of products and to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers. The role supports merchandising, stocking, and light back-room tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work with leadership to complete tasks on time, handle overnight shifts, and contribute to a clean, organized store. This position emphasizes teamwork and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Entry level position focused on customer service and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed.
