Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain shelves, and support merchandising. This entry-level role involves stocking products, using basic technology, and working closely with store leadership to meet targets.

You’ll be part of a family company committed to community growth, with opportunities for advancement and a fast-paced retail environment. Overnight shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy hands-on work in a retail setting.
• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
