About the role

As a Stock Associate, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by maximizing product inventory levels. You will process freight and stock shelves, ensuring the store is organized and clean. Both part-time and full-time positions involve maintaining merchandise and inventory standards, with potential responsibilities as a cashier or sales assistant. You will report to the store management team.

You will

• Provide customer service by greeting and establishing relationships with customers, informing them of products and services.
• Maintain aisles by following sorting and stocking guidelines.
• Complete freight processing, ensuring safety and organization, including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Open and break down cases, bale cardboard.
• Ensure signage is correct, build displays, and maintain merchandise.
• Familiarize yourself with and share Total Wine & More’s product portfolio.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all store areas.

What We're Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule availability, part-time or full-time
• Experience with relevant technology and information access
• Preferred 1-year experience in retail sales, merchandising, or inventory management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Desire to learn about products and services

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for 8-10 hours
• Climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
