About the role

As a Stock Associate, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by maximizing product inventory levels. By processing freight and stocking shelves, you ensure that the store is organized and clean. You may also be assigned as a cashier or sales assistant. You will report to the store management team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service by greeting and informing customers about products and services.
• Maintaining aisles and stocking according to guidelines.
• Processing freight, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory.
• Building displays, ensuring signage is correct, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Sharing knowledge of Total Wine & More’s product portfolio.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met across the store.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Experience with retail technology and inventory management preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Team player with a desire to learn about products.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
