Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to deliver remarkable customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Follows processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Stays calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys being part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas
• Work with leadership to complete tasks on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
• Provide friendly interactions with customers when needed
• Work overnight shifts to prep the store for the day ahead
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly
