Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 3 months experience operating forklift or power equipment
• 6 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and pallet setup
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to complete other assigned tasks
• Proactively manage delivery readiness and load delivery orders to ensure quality
• Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality and safety
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
