Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock.

This fast-paced, physical role involves unloading deliveries, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and assisting customers. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight as needed, with a friendly, professional team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts or order pickers.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service by assisting shoppers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and pallets.
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock for unloading; operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use.
• Assist with loading/unloading and support store operations as needed.
