Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.

The role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting and attention to detail. Shifts can include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs; a friendly, professional attitude is expected when assisting customers or teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other tasks.
