Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. The role emphasizes safe lifting, teamwork, and customer-ready assistance with a friendly, professional attitude.

Shifts may vary (morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight) depending on store needs, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and collaboration across teams to support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent years of experience)
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment
• 6 months experience in a warehouse stocking/inventory handling

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and assist customers during projects
• Unload freight, stock merchandise, and palletize products
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock for incoming shipments; operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow hazardous materials handling procedures
• Operate store equipment (scanners, Zebra devices, balers) and contribute as a team player
• Additional duties for Pro Fulfillment Stores include picking and staging delivery orders and ensuring safe loading practices
