Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe lifting practices
• Experience in a warehouse environment and stocking operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries and complete dock prep; operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow hazardous materials handling procedures
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed and support store operations
