Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Receiver/Stocker role at our Indiana store. You’ll unload deliveries, stock shelves, and prep backrooms while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

The position involves standing for long periods and working mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts as needed to support store operations. You’ll also assist customers, verify deliveries, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent years of experience) required.
• Experience with forklift/power equipment is preferred (3 months).
• Experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking is preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting shoppers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate store equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following hazardous materials handling and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate scanners and store equipment as needed.
• Team with colleagues to complete additional tasks as assigned.
