Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse stocking and inventory handling.
• 3 months experience operating forklift or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and complete dock prep using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and other tools as needed.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders and load delivery orders safely to ensure accuracy.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
