Job summary

Pro Food Systems, Inc. in Mexico, MO is hiring a Part-Time Stocker to keep shelves stocked and displays customer-ready in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will assist with deliveries, organize inventory, and support daily store operations.

No formal experience required, but prior stocking or retail exposure helps. We offer weekly pay, ESOP ownership, flexible scheduling, and training opportunities to grow within grocery and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Previous stocking, warehouse, grocery, or retail experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and replenish shelves throughout the store
• Unload and process deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and proper stock levels
• Maintain clean, organized aisles, shelves, stockrooms, and displays
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Set up promotional and seasonal product displays
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and box cutters safely
• Follow company safety procedures and store policies
• Support team operations and assist other departments when needed
