Days/Hours of Work: weekends mandatory, 2 weekdays off; 5 am start time

Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure that beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumers. They monitor product date codes and rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, transporting products using manual or powered equipment, ensuring full deliveries.
  2. Build, change, or remove product displays according to company standards; maintain signage; clean product spaces; secure damaged or defective products.
  3. Manage backroom inventory, organize products, monitor levels, and report inventory status in collaboration with store managers, using FIFO principles.
  4. Evaluate, re-pack, and organize damaged products and backroom materials; perform weekly rotation of stock; complete required paperwork.
  5. Communicate with team members and store personnel after servicing accounts, using tools like Teams for sharing recaps and pictures, and addressing out-of-stock issues or customer concerns.
  6. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or manual labor.
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
  • Own a personal vehicle for work use.
  • Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record within policy guidelines.
  • Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts preferred; ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with smartphones and laptops.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant speaking and near/far vision observation
  • Frequent typing, mobility, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling, and driving.
Pay

$19.50 per hour
