Job Details

Days/Hours of Work: Weekends mandatory; 2 weekdays off; 5 am start time.

Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail stores, ensuring all beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled and well-maintained. They monitor product date codes for quality and freshness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, and coolers, transporting items using manual or powered equipment.
• Build, change, or remove displays, maintain signage, and secure damaged products.
• Manage backroom inventory, organize products, and report stock levels, utilizing FIFO principles.
• Handle damaged products, re-packaging, and organize backstock materials, completing necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with team members and store personnel, providing shift and account updates via Teams app.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Must be 18+, legally eligible to work, and have a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record within policy guidelines.
• Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with smartphones and laptops.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant speaking and visual observation.
• Frequent use of electronic devices, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, pushing carts, and traveling between locations.

Compensation

$19.50 per hour.
