Days/Hours of Work: Thurs - Mon, 6am to 3pm

Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure that beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumer purchase. Merchandisers monitor product date codes and rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, transporting products between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
2. Build, change, or remove product displays, maintain signage, clean spaces, and secure damaged or defective products.
3. Manage backroom inventory, organize products, monitor stock levels, and report to store management, utilizing FIFO principles.
4. Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack, organize backroom materials, and perform weekly rotations and paperwork.
5. Communicate with team members and store personnel via Teams app, including posting recaps and pictures, and addressing customer concerns.
6. Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers.

Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of relevant work experience required.
2. At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or manual labor.
3. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
4. Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
5. Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts is preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
6. Basic computer skills; familiarity with smartphones/laptops.
7. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

1. Constant speaking and near/far vision.
2. Frequent typing, mobility, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling, and driving.

Pay

$19.00 per hour
