Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure that all beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumers to purchase. Merchandisers monitor product date codes and rotate products to maintain quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, transporting product between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment, ensuring full delivery.
2. Build, change, or remove product displays according to company standards; maintain signage; clean product spaces; secure damaged or defective products.
3. Manage backroom inventory, organize products, monitor levels, and report in partnership with store managers; utilize FIFO principles for timely sales.
4. Evaluate and process damaged products, re-pack, organize backroom materials, rotate stock, and complete necessary paperwork.
5. Communicate and collaborate with team members and store personnel, including posting recaps and pictures via Teams app, and addressing out-of-stock issues or customer concerns.
6. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum of one year of work experience required.
2. At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor, or related fields.
3. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
4. Own a personal vehicle for work hours; valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record within policy guidelines.
5. Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts preferred; ability to obtain industrial truck certification.
6. Basic computer skills; familiarity with smartphones and laptops.
7. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant speaking and visual observation.
• Frequent typing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling carts, and travel between locations.

Pay

$18.50/hour
