Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. They ensure that all beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays are filled for consumers to purchase. Merchandisers monitor product date codes and rotate products to ensure quality and freshness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and replenish products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, transporting products between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
2. Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards; maintain signage; clean display areas; secure damaged or defective products.
3. Manage backroom inventory, organize products, monitor stock levels, and report to store managers. Use FIFO principles to ensure timely sales.
4. Evaluate damaged products, re-pack as needed, organize backroom materials, and perform weekly product rotations, completing necessary paperwork.
5. Communicate with team members and store personnel after servicing accounts, using tools like Teams to share updates and photos, and address customer concerns.
6. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of relevant work experience required.
2. Must be 18+ years old, legally eligible to work, and have a personal vehicle for work use.
3. Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a clean driving record within policy guidelines.
4. Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts is preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
5. Basic computer skills; familiarity with smartphones and laptops.
6. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant speaking and near/far vision tasks.
• Frequent typing, mobility, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), pushing/pulling carts, and travel between locations.

Compensation

$18.50 per hour
