Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Gig Harbor, WA is hiring a full-time Stocker Merchandiser to maintain shelf stock and support department merchandising.

The hourly rate is 17.13 per hour. The role focuses on stocking, displays, rotation, and delivering friendly customer service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. You will place merchandise on the sales floor, set up displays, rotate products, and assist customers.

Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
• Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
• Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management

Customer Service

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.

Product Rotation

• Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.

Provide a Safe and Clean Environment for Customers

• Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
