Stocker/Load Builder - Yard Team Member - Cooper, TX

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by helping them find products, offering recommendations, and loading their purchases into vehicles.
• Ensure materials are ready for quick and accurate deliveries.
• Load materials safely and pack items correctly for transport.
• Maintain an organized yard for easy product location.
• Help with deliveries, operate forklifts or company vehicles, and unload products.
• Participate in training on products and safety protocols.
• Support customer service in various areas as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety rules, keep the work area clean, and promote a safe environment.
• Assist in inventory counting to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with construction or building materials is a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, climb, reach, twist, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to excellent service.
