Job summary

Sparr Farm & Building Supply, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking a Stocker/Load Builder at our Sparr, FL location. You’ll help customers, load purchases, and keep the yard organized to ensure fast, accurate deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift experience is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and be flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great service by helping them find products and loading purchases.
• Check materials to make sure everything is ready for quick and accurate deliveries; load materials safely and ensure correct packing.
• Keep the yard organized and help with deliveries, driving forklifts or company vehicles and unloading products.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean; assist with inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to help the team run smoothly.
