Job summary

Nation’s Best is seeking a hands-on associate to support customers in our Springtown location. You will help customers find products, load purchases into vehicles, and assist with deliveries while loading and unloading materials safely in outdoor conditions.

You will keep the yard organized, participate in inventory counts, and stay compliant with safety rules. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to meet customer needs and drive store success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prev experience with construction or building materials is helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers effectively.
• A willingness to lift, climb, reach, twist, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• A results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering great service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work hard as part of a team.
